01Sales are final

Sales are final. You paid for the time you held that key. If a charge looks wrong, write us and we will fix it.

A key is delivered as soon as payment succeeds: your brand goes on the board. That is a digital, instant product. You cannot cancel after it is live.

We keep this rule because the board is live. A key that can be unwound would not be fair to the next holder, or to you when you take one.

02If someone takes your key

Someone can take your key by paying at least 1.5× your price. That is how KeyWar works. It is not a defect and it is not grounds for a refund.

You paid for the time you held it. The next holder pays for the time they hold it.

03Billing errors

If you were charged twice, or the key never appeared after a successful payment, email hello@keywar.lol with your receipt. That is a mistake, not a refund request, and we take it seriously. We will fix billing errors.
