Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds

We do not issue refunds. You paid for that one key, for the time you held it.

A key is delivered as soon as payment succeeds: your brand goes on the board. That is a digital, instant product. You cannot cancel after it is live.

If someone takes your key

Someone can take your key by paying at least 1.5× your price. That is how KeyWar works. It is not a defect and it is not grounds for a refund.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, or the key never appeared after a successful payment, email hello@keywar.lol with your receipt. We will fix billing errors.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Their checkout may also show their buyer terms.
