02Billing

If it is about a payment, include the receipt email and which key you claimed. That lets us find the charge quickly and fix it if we got something wrong.

03Report a listing

If a key shows something that should not be on the board, pick Abuse below. Name the key and what is wrong. We review reports within 24 hours and take non-compliant listings down.

04Everything else

Ask about a key, a take over, or how the board works. If you found a bug, tell us what you tapped and what you expected. That helps a lot.
